Looks pretty cool
I'll probably stick with scapeshift and snapcaster/DTT delver though

I've been playing Modern for awhile (about a year on and off), but most of my experience is on Scapeshift (formerly the RG titan version, now the RUG with four DTT's). I'm trying to practice as much Delver as I can as the archetype fascinates and excites me but hasn't been real strong in Modern unti...

What sort of UR build would you guys recommend for a completely open and random meta? It's pretty difficult to predict what will show up in my local meta, with different people bringing different decks every week. Even though i like the DTT/snapcaster builds more, I think the swiftspear/cruise versi...

What do you guys think about Caleb Durwald's take on UR delver in modern? I personally think he's crazy for running 17 lands with only 6 mana producing lands and no ponder/brainstorm, but he says it's been working well for him http://www.channelfireball.com/articles/legacy-weapon-the-best-deck-in-le...

I considered (and am still considering) those options 1. i considered bridge as a replacement for the ashen riders since they're my slots for show and tell, except bridge can be brought in against other random decks. I THINK the bridge could be okay to go in vs elves. I don't know if running both is...

burn is this decks worst matchup that i'm aware of (though that chalice zoo list i've heard about look like it'd be pretty tough, thankfully it's not popular...yet) but it's far from unwinnable especially postboard. if you are expected burn in any capacity a couple dragon's claws go a long way I hav...

Personally I agree that YP is an auto-include, but some people still insist on running the Hoogland Spellstutter Sprite Delver list. Maybe mention it briefly and why you choose the YP version over it? I wouldn't think the mana base would support running the mutavaults needed to make SSS worth it no...

Treasure Cruise and Swiftspear have made me want to play this deck again. I've been playing scapeshift but my local meta isn't too soft to it. This deck seems insane now with fucking ancestral recall (with threshold) basically, and swiftspear looks promising. Not sure what to cut for her though, loo...

How many times do I have to say this, Maro said they are never doing another Kamigawa! [Citation Needed] One of Maro's podcasts. Just started Attack on Titan. It's the first anime I've watched in 8 years. Thoughts: listening to everything in Japanese is a bit weird, the spastic weather effects are strange, same with the super intense facial expressions, but overall the art style is fantastic and the story rocks. M...

harness by force is a cool card but i don't think i'll ever get to six mana on 20 lands, and act of treason is easier to cast. now, if i had more lands (22 or 23) i'd definitely run harness by force. then again, the prospect of getting a little flooded and then topdecking this card to blow them out ...

drafting Journey/BNG/Theros for the first time tonight, any tips/archetypes to watch out for? Nah, eight strings is ostentatious. Seven strings is skating the borderline. Jeff Loomis/Tosin Abasi disagree You can't tell me Animals as Leaders isn't at least slightly over-the-top. If the guy can play that well (and still write real music, looking at you Dream Theater) then there's no reason fo...

I dunno if I'd call the deck linear, you have to make the correct choices when you pick what to discard depending on what you've got in your hand. The aggro matches (in game 1 at least) seem like they can come down to whether you draw Bridge or not, but game two is usually better. I will agree bad s...

The deck has hefty black requirements, it MUST have double black by turn 3 and having double on turn 2 most of the time is also a requirement (there are some decks that straight up can't beat T1 IOK/thoughtseize into T2 wrench mind into T3 Bridge/Lily) Drawing multiples of Urborg without other lands...

I'm not sure if the white splash for LS is worth it (I've not tested it though). I don't want to take damage from my mana, games vs. aggro are already shakey if i play too many thoughtseizes sometimes. LS is fuckin' good w/ Lily though. If my local meta had a decent amount of aggro I'd probably spla...
