It could be any number of reasons. It will never be anything but a comedy show. If you can be sure of anything it's that mtgstaff will lie, contradict themselves, and target their user base on a daily basis. They think biggest means best, so to maintain the status quo is their prime directive.

That and they're mostly just a bunch of idiots that are only good for a laugh.

Pretty sure some of them think the complaints are all the overblown product of a militant minority with an anarchic agenda, and that she needs protection from this irrational lynch mob who has a personal beef with her.
