How old does a console have to be to be considered retro ? Is the ps2 considered retro nowadays.

Current wisdom says retro stops at N64, Saturn, PS1 gen, but other people are claiming that retro these days is everything you can get on physical media and play straightaway without the need for an internet connection nor a 30GB day one patch because people didn't have the time to properly finish the game on release.
