Not sure what we can do about it though. Radical religion is not easy to fight... I know several of these guys have been university educated, often in a Western school. I wonder how that breaks down, though. Are the highly educated less likely to join a radical religion (as they are more likely to be atheist)?

Found the answer, ability still resolves, anyone know if kicker or multikicker still resolve ?

Depends on the card, but all abilities that trigger when it enters the battlefield will of course trigger... because it entered the battlefield. It's their choice whether they bolt it first or not though - they could let the ability resolve first, or they could bolt it in response to the ability (for example, if the creature is going to get +1/+1 counters after entering they can bolt it before the counters go on).

They only time they can't respond is when something has an "enters with" or "enters as" ability, like a Clone or several kicker type cards that enter with additional +1/+1 counters.

You always get the ability though. No way around that unless there's some weird wording.
