I lurk sometimes but its like ... I feel like we're not really talking about the game so much a lot of the time.
My favorite standard deck right now is this:
I got it a few weeks back from an Scg event.
So far I feel like dispel should be swapped for negate
I like it because it feels like the style of deck that I more prefer. Dos Rakis/Demigod Red/sledghammer.
Little guys, backed by disruption, and decent to strong removal (in this format its pretty good), Followed by dragons
I kinda look for it a each season, and it plays similar to R/w did last season.
I found the treasure cruise to be excellent which I don't get to play with that direct card draw effect often in decks like this. Its really solid. Give it a try.

MTGO I have to say you are the sole reason I even bothered to LOOK at modern. I enjoy the burn matchups you post and frankly you're my weekly link to the mtgsalvation boards. I kidna get irked more people on here don't seem to support your videos, but I personally thank you. I would like to do some similiar vids, as each season I'm looking for this same deck type. I don't have the tech set up though really. Also, I'd have to buy all those damn cards on mtgo. I just don't know enough about modern to post constructively, I feel... however... its funny the cards in the burn decks you use are all from the last few years overall so it seems reaonable at least.

Most modern decks change really slowly over the years so even if I do add something different its not THAT noticeable.

In regards with Standard I have about 15 QP for MOCS1 (which happens to be standard) if you have the cards (online) and want to have a shot at the mocs qualifiers let me know (since I won't be using them).

I would talk on here more, but the career field I was in took a light out me. There is no freedom of speech (Anything I said on here was not the reason for not getting hired) and I feel sick at my stomach when I see a badge anymore. The what could have been just hurts to much to think about anymore. Just really hurts that a few people worked so hard to ruin my career and not one department asked why this was happening to me at every employment opportunity. I start tomorrow as college professor and I am way happier. Better pay, benefits, hours, and more time with my fiancee'. I don't think my previous employer is ever going to reply to me on the rehire to save my police career. Will just have to reinvent myself.
I hardly ever play magic anymore cause of lack of funds and time. My fiancee and I are still discovering new places, things, and likes about each other. It's enough for me right now and I am finally happy. I miss you guys on DTR and will check in from time to time.

Hey Wraith, glad things took a better turn for you. Tbh we were a little worried about that stuff you posted about being stalked on the internet by your former employer, you're right, ts not the right place to be if the first thing they are going to do after a job interview is scour the internet for your past activity
