It's pretty solid, I've played against Hoogland before (running an early version of my G/r aggro list), and it was pretty solid, the deck does have a tendency to curdle a bit, and you have a bit of a weakness in the air, Stormbreath in particular is pretty good against you, but otherwise i think the deck is solidly constructed, haven't played it myself yet though.
