Silencer Abilities:
During the Day, you may vote for whomever you want lynched.
Silencer: During the Night, you may PM me the name of another player. This player will not be able to vote during the next Day phase.

Factional Kill: The Aliens may kill one player once during the game.
Factional Communication: You are the only alien immune to earth's germs. As such, you have no teammates.

You are a town black goo

Black Goo Abilities:
During the Day, you may vote for whomever you want lynched.
Black Goo: Anyone who targets you will become part of the Cult faction.

Faction Abilities:
Win Condition: You win when all threats to the Town are eliminated and at least one Town-aligned player is still alive, or nothing can prevent the same.

I ran out of options once Az decided he was going to lynch RCW instead of Stardust. If he'd have lynched Stardust, I could have silenced RCW while we lynched him, then silenced Witch Hunt and lynched him. Then shot Az.

Basically, since I couldn't silence Stardust, I couldn't win.

You could have opted not to kill and tried to get Az on board a Witch wagon. Might have worked, though the fact that you voted Witch out of the gates raised serious red flags for me (and probably would have for him).

So, why did you choose Alien instead of Mafia anyway?

I really enjoyed some of this game.

Hamfactorial really disappointed me.

The fact that Jamie got counterclaimed was hilarious and I think if witch hadn't been able to do that, town would have definitely lost.

I don't think anyone's play was very strong outside of dechs.

I think azrael replacing in as innocent child (thanks again by the way) may have created a level of complacency in him on some level that led to weaker town play overall. Or it just might be the time of year and size of the game

Hunting lone killers is pretty tough for my playstyle. Too many false townie positives, too few scum tells. I was also hoping that the lack of activity on my part might actually start a real behavioral wagon going, so we could get some analysis off that, but it didn't happen. I also didn't count on being NK'd prior to a situation where a one-man team could win the game, so I was content to knock off all the easy choices for a while.

More serious answer: I was worried there would be too many people picking Mafia. I didn't want to be on a three or four man team in a nine player game. That wouldn't have been fun at all. So I went with the non-obvious choice.

Also, the "no one sees it coming" totally applies. Hell, it's the biggest reason you guys thought I was town, right? I'd have been a bigger suspect and I wouldn't have played at all the same way, even if I were alone, as mafia.
