Its Been pretty clear that MANY fans of Aliens including me have been very pissed from Day 1 of the release of Colonial Marines from the massive bait and switch gearbox has done. Recently a Class Action Lawsuit has been created targeting both Gearbox and Sega on the basis that the demo they pushed was such a lie and no attempt to repair the damage done to the people who bought the game.

Now for people wondering what the big difference is? Here is a good video to watch.

All those sales based on a lie shown to us.

Yea, at least games like 'Games of Thrones' with crappy graphics were upfront about that fact in their trailers. A:CM was a scam and I'm surprised it sold as well as it did.

The NDA on the game sadly didn't release till AFTER release. I think I may use the NDA timer as a way to tell if a game is gonna be shit now. Seems a lot of the games that have NDA's till after release have been garbage.
