If it can consistently ETB w/ a +1/+1 counter, it also triggers ferocious at 2 mana without having the Skulking effect of Frost Walker, which has been a relevant ability in Standard and an impetus behind playing Frost Walker in the first place.

However, I don't think there are any +1/+1 counter effects in Temur that would synergize with this.
