Now this card is sweet, maybe my favorite spoiled card so far, minus Sarkhan I suppose?

The card is sweet as hell, though. Hopefully he can find use in some kind of blue midrange list.

I know I was talking up mardu midranged, but Narset midrange or control looks very nice.

Wizards really seems to be opening up to designing cards that are conducive to the formation of standard decks in colors that certain archetypes would typically not play (blue devotion, Jund Planeswalkers, mono black midrange, mono black aggro), so I think this could be possible.
