What's up DtR?

I found this forum while scraping the web for MTG content after I ran out of internet at work. I was pleasantly surprised to find such active and thoughtful discussions in a place I hadn't heard about. I appreciate the smaller scope of DtR as opposed to gathering ALL the magics in a single forum. The focused subject matter seems to enable users to really delve deeply into ideas and decks and avoid speaking in impotent generalities.

I'm getting back into standard after a four or five month break. I got this new, super hot GF but she's allowing me out of her bedroom sometimes so now I'm back to playing these cards that are so magical on a regular basis. I picked up the cards for Zemanjaski burn deck and managed to top 8 an IQ my first week back. Love the deck and I look forward to discussing it further. I'm also hoping to start playing constructed on MTGO - this far I've only
ever drafted or played sealed. I hate to buy the same deck twice but money is for cards and booze, right?!

Cheers y'all, glad to be here.

Welcome.

And what do you mean? This is a forum specialized in Tolarian Academy decks. We just allow other formats because we're cool like that.

Oh hell yah. 'Murican by birth, southern by the grace of Ronnie Van Zant. May he rest peacefully in Beelzebub's eternal embrace. RIP Dimebag Darrell.
