imopen, I will absolutely not tell you whether or not I think he's a cop, and everyone else shouldn't either. Better, don't ask these questions in the first place. You have no idea how much information you're giving to the scum. What I will tell you is that I do think he's telling the truth - I do think he has role information either implying or telling him that Nuwen is town.

Don't. I've only played as town once before (twice if you count Dusted, thrice if you count a game where I was SK). I think I'm pretty good at reading people in the later Days, but I don't have a ton of experience to back that up.
