Seems a reasonable finisher in an aggro build.

On a different note: How does one get the spark back? I have had no drive to play since my boss screwed me out of he Invitational and, since that is over, I should get back on the grind but I just can't bring myself to.

Take a look at what motivates you to play the game and see if that aligns with your current path in life. If the answer is 'no,' take a break from committing so much energy to a hobby and try jumping back in when something strikes your fancy.

I spent too many hours yesterday trying to find out how to purchase the original or prints of Walk the Aeons (my second favorite or tied for first art with the original Avatar of Woe—idk man, androgynous jester reaper with kneeling, weeping women does it for me), hunting high res JPGs, or just generally trying to make this happen before settling on using the closest thing I could get to a quality image of the art and sending it to a printer who can put it on canvas and hopefully ignore copyright violations.

This, of course, because the artist in question is the senior AD for Wizards and apparently shut his site down after getting the job.

That's absolutely one way to rephrase what I said with the same meaning, yes.

I've found that the best DTK draft plan is "hamfistedly stick to your guns unless your deck is Impact Tremors on Vandalize after your pick 1 Thunderbreak Regent" and that wavering from "the plan" is the easiest way to fuck up and do bad in DTK draft (or draft in general really).

Sounds good to me. I'm just going to force mono-red for a while, keeps me from having to create a game plan at the time so I can just focus on executing.

On to tiny leaders, is a more creature based zurgo deck likely to perform to at least unembarrassingly? All the lists I've seen for him online have been burn, and I already play burn in legacy, modern, and pauper.

The weird irony is that own most of the cards in the lists I've seen for him, and none of the additions are things I'm not already looking to acquire.

I'm not a great player, but I did used to be able to 3-1 with regularity, but I also used to draft somewhere in the weekly range, and now it's every other at best, and none for a couple months before that. I got second Sunday in a modern masters draft (G/b with 3 ulamog's crushers and a ton of spawn makers), so it seems limited to dtk, but that could just be confirmation bias.

My point was don't pigeonhole yourself early in the draft by taking all of the colors just because one card is good when you have a card that should make you want to play a color/colors at the center of your draft.
