He does. I'm going to be checking out his stream archives while also referring to other videos like Gerry Thompson's.Cheon has been streaming it lately. I think he pilots it really well.

Yeah, I will not be well prepared for the mirror.Depending on the type of green, I like heroic strategies. Jeskie works, but bant's also fine.
Esper dragons is also the optimal choice, but you really need a plan for the mirror which is completely unplayable if you're a control newbie.
Ojutai Bant is an OK choice for fighting green if only because it has ojutia and is the best deck against Esper(which you'll have to beat in top .

Heroic definitely seems like a good choice though. I'd have to track down the Dromoka's Commands for Bant. Do you think Jeskai is better thanks to Temur Battle Rage?
This doesn't address the problem as control mirrors rarely go 3 games and without understanding the matchup, this doesn't get you anywhere. Executioner's also narrow and clunky. If you go the narrow route, PLA is just better for being actually unbeatable once you get to the late game and Mardu strike leader you can pretend like you'll board for other matchups.Side in Risen Execution for Esper mirror matches
he said this which makes no sense regarding edicts (an edict gets around all your edicts)Yes.Yeah, I will not be well prepared for the mirror.Depending on the type of green, I like heroic strategies. Jeskie works, but bant's also fine.

Also, I'd say it's probably mando that you play monastery mentor somewhere in your list for control as making 1 big guy doesn't work anymore because they have foul-tounge which gets around all your edicts.
For MODO? It's pretty much a lock barring a massive correction at the RPTQ's this weekend or some bot dealer undercutting everyone. That estimate seems suspect.
This is right up my alley.Taken from Modo. This deck destroys esper and has decent matchups everywhere else.

I meant IRL. Also, aren't MODO tix not 1-to-1 in USD? Something like 70 cents on the dollar or ?For MODO? It's pretty much a lock barring a massive correction at the RPTQ's this weekend or some bot dealer undercutting everyone. That estimate seems suspect.
The Chinese are deep into counterfeit MODO product.I'm not sure what percent of blame I need to put on the secondary market and what percent of blame I need to put on Wizards anymore.Dragonlord Ojutai has gone up 10tix to 40 on MODO in the past 3 days. Ugh. It's gonna be a 50 dollar mythic in Standard for a bit at this rate.
Let's just say I'm rooting for the counterfeiters at this point. Burn it all down and start over imo
.95 is the usual rate for tickets. IRL there's a lot more product open, but on the flip side CFB can't keep Ojutai's in stock at $30. So that's probably going up at least to $35.I meant IRL. They haven't started doing any of the Standard stuff yet, outside of fetches. It's also v. unlikely they'll start on Standard stuff since it'd mean updating the presses and doing a bunch of waves w/ the new holo sticker. Better margins to stick with older stuff, even with the increased scrutiny.do they make standard chinese proxies? I could use some
Instead of complaining about how things that will never happen won't happen, play Netrunner. It seems to meet most of the criteria you complain about with almost every post.Magic should be a living card game.
If it breaks 40 (on TCG low, you guys understandably have a higher markup than average TCG), I will claw my face off. Geist didn't break that and Geist was basically the creature of Standard..95 is the usual rate for tickets. That's just due to whatever the equivalent of Cheetos are in China rubbing off from the dealer's hands. Are the fakes still insanely glossy?
They are still glossy, less so, but still noticeable on some. Also the fakes quality from set to set vary wildly with some really stupid errors on certain cards, somebody tried to send us a set of noticeably miscut Ulamog and Emrakuls. Which is dumb already considering, 'oh, yeah, maybe someone will wonder how we got a playset of these particular miscuts'.Are the fakes still insanely glossy?
Why do you hate having a thriving tournament scene?Magic should be a living card game.
