He drew, and I was like, "so you lose" (I was dead on board and him forgetting was my only out) and he was like "are you really going to be a dick about it?" I let him off with it, but don't think it's a dick move if I didn't. Opinion?

In this case they posted the spoiler even before the show aired on the west coast, as I understood it. While they can't keep everything non-spoiled forever, this thing was posted way too fast.
