Busted lip, bloody nose, and a few bruises - nothing too bad.

Yeah, he had coverage and admitted fault to the trooper so I don't think I'll have any issues on that front.

It's a pain in the ass, but it could be a lot worse so I'm not complaining.

Glad you're OK, Red. That's the important part. Hopefully they replace your car with something better. Unfortunately, you'll never get your car back. I'd miss mine, even if it got replaced by a brand new car, you know?

You know what bothers me? You could have died in a wreck like that and we'd never know. You'd just stop posting altogether and we'd be left to wonder what happened to you. Like Kaze. I miss that guy.

Yup.

Btw, I dropped into the Community thread in Sally's EDH sub a few days ago, Dechs, and the guys asked about you. I didn't know what to tell them so I just said you quit posting on MTGS because you hate them.

I also can't remember my login. I don't care for the new format. I still can't access the site from work. Their mods are a bunch of fucktards. Except Cryo. He's legit.

I have other excuses for not going back to MTGS, but those are the big ones.

It really irks me how dumb the comments are. Nevertheless I know my conduct is wrong and I'm trying to be less annoyed by something so meaningless.

This deck isn't really my thing, but it sure is exciting / interesting for a Todd Anderson list:

Sigrist's junk agro deck is by far the best deck I've seen at the PT.

Other good ones include the UB control decks that Own and Floch are playing(I like Owen's build more) and the Jeskai Burn deck which I think is the most popular deck.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.

Jeebus, just saw the Deck Tech. It's almost the same exact deck I posted in the Abzan thread two weeks ago, just with a slightly different removal package and mana base.

Holy shit this pro tour has been great.

Lee Shi tan's match was fucking brilliant to watch. Yeah, I'm not a fan of emotional outbursts at the table, but in this case, watching him sweat it out was pretty fantastic and I didn't care.

whats the mtg playerbase opinion on a tournament that is multiple formats? I think if you went to any other game you'd be laughed out immediately unless it was a gimmick event, so it's still shocking to me how protours like this are even allowed

There's a new player at my LGS who's on the pro tour and hates it.

Me and my friends are generally a fan of it because it demonstrates more magic skills.

I'm not sure if that's better or worse, since but it's more interesting.

For refrence: before split PTs, Finkel had something like 9/12ish Top 8s in drafts and Kiblers top 8s/wins where predominantly in Constructed only events, but both players in the "new" era of PTs have multiple Pro Tour top 8s among them. One could argue that they're outliers because they're all time greats, but I think the point of the Pro Tour is that it only cares about people trying to be the all Time greats.
You gotta understand, I love the beatdown. I really do. I always have.

Beatdown is hard, though.

Agree. Split Format significantly disadvantages me vs. the field but I'd rather see the best magic player win.

I dislike it. That may be simply because I don't like, and am horrible at, Limited. However if I had to decide between this and entire PT devoted to Limited, this is probably better. It also better fits Wizard's plans of the PT showcasing the new set.
