Hi, I would like to design a new banner for this forum. Could you give me the size specifications of the banner? Will it be just a logo on the side, or would it fill the entire banner space?

the current banner is 300x100, but practically there are no limitations on the size, whatever you feel is the appropriate size and format...

I don't think I am allowed to use copyrighted images? So I used my very limited drawing skills to draw a Chandra lol.

Our good friend ( G_R ) has given it another go for the deck tags. You should have noticed some improvements!

They're very pretty now in the CA Black format.

Since you're working on tags, I have one issue: in that format, anything in spoiler tags is white print on a white background - which is impossible to read without highlighting. Any way to change that?

I was keeping this info with admin for Dragon's Maze, but I'll make it public now the spoiler season is over. I got in contact with WOTC about receiving possible a possible spoiler for this website and they responded to me in an optimistic manner. We did not however reason a spoiler for Dragon's Maze, nor did I expect to with our website having only a forum currently.

Perhaps we can make it a goal to have the front page at least in layout design by the next set, so when I talk to my contact again we can move higher on the list of prospects to receive a spoiler. We need ideas for what we want the website to be. We've discussed writing articles and promoting streaming as well as maybe deckbuilder programs. Captain Murphy had an imaginary friend to make the website for us but he never surfaced.

I've been god-awful busy running an insanely aggressively deadlined project. There's also sorts of things we previously discussed for the front page that we should be doing, such as RSS feeds, event calendars - the list is kicking around here somewhere.

I think we have a few articles that have been done and are just lying around in PM's (Checkbox made one on cubing) for lack of a properly structured frontpage.

Anyone of our new members can/want to help with making a contemporary and attractive frontpage design?

Nice try anyway, im curious though, if someone came to this site with unofficial spoilers (leaks) would it be allowed ? Or would you rather have official spoilers from WOTC.

I could try and fix it up and also give her a mustache when I'm home. Or do up a completely new one.

No offense meant to the person who made it, by why do we still have the garish black and green text banner? I'm not sayng mine should be used, but I am kind of hoping to see a nicer banner. Even plain text looks better.

We should have a banner that reflects our goals (relaxed moderation, a more welcoming community, better deck advice, etc).

I personally find the Chandra thing a bit cartoony and off-putting, no offense. It reminds me of something that would be in a bad MTG web comic.
