Are there any commons or uncommons in this set for a constructed format?

The cat legend is good he's just 0 value if he doesn't get to enter combat, but is the best "more of the same" card for W aggro I would wager. Like a 3cc Precinct Captain that doesn't even need to connect and Precinct Captain is really sweet

There's three cards and a resounding maybe card that I think will pan out in standard but also I don't remember most of the set

I can confirm that as a child of the 90s that is clearly punisher 2099.

All of the 2099 series were awesome and also completely insane. Iirc, ghost rider was a guy who died and turned into a computer program and surfed the Internet as a ghost and inhabited a robot ghost rider body with chainsaw hands

There was a riot at my elementary school when pogs got banned. A couple kids got trampled. Good times.

The series is set in the year 2099, in a dystopian possible future of the Marvel Universe, and features Kenshiro "Zero" Cochrane, a hacker who was killed but resurrected as the Ghost Rider — his mind controlling a powerful and well-armed robot. As with most of the Marvel 2099 titles, the protagonist was a futuristic version of a commercially successful Marvel Universe character. The series was heavily influenced by cyberpunk science fiction.

Ghost Rider 2099 is a Cybertek 101 robot. The reinforced carbon-steel silicon composite robotic body gave Ghost Rider superhuman strength, endurance and durability. Both hands were capable of transforming, the right hand into a ceramic graphite composite bladed chainsaw that blasted bursts of energy; and the left hand in to a polymimetic nanomer alloy claw, able to cut on a submolecular level. The robot also possessed a stealth system rendering Ghost Rider invisible to detection by both electronic systems and the naked eye; in addition, it possesses a "solidgram" camouflage system that could allow him to mimic the appearance of any individual (including Zero Cochrane), and create the illusion of his head being engulfed in flames. The robot also had optic lasers, and was capable of self-repairing.

How much 90s could a 90s writer write if a 90s writer could write 90s

Sounds like a good backstory...
Trained by the gauchos of Patagonia, tough as the hammer and sickle of his motherland, this is one Punisher you don't want to mess with.

punisher 2099 was a cop who's family where Thorites (GEE GUESS) who were murdered by the head of alchemix's son and was let go because lolmoney. he found the original punisher's journal which ended as 'who ever finds this take up my cause' and he used a bat that could go from foam to the hardest sounding science fiction material and he hardly uses it below 'wood'
