Your inside source...is he inside you often?
Thankfully, I'm not a 18 year old anorexic boy so I'm not his type.

I think you're out of luck then unless you want to argue fashion with them.

I'd suck my own dick for some Chic-Fil-A if that were anatomically possible. I have a beautiful dick.

Best dick joke yet.

I said "That is definitely herpes." How you got "beautiful dick" out of that is beyond me. :iiam:

Wait...YOU gave me HERPES?!?!

Makes plenty of sense.

Also this whole thread is gay, and so is Dechs.

I know the most about being gay, as noted by my trophy over there above my avatar.

You're not just gay, Alex. You're super gay.

Is anybody else in here sporting a half-chub over the thought of Frenzied Goblin/Chandra, Pyromaster + Prophetic Flamespeaker in Standard?

:scrump:

Yet somehow I'm not super offended. Probably because arguing about the word gay is fucking gay.

I just hope there are a lot of Goblins in Khans. Foundry Street Denizen, Frenzied Goblin, and Goblin Rabblemaster are already decent cards. Is a Goblin Guide reprint too much to ask for? :)

Totally. Standard could not handle that level of power.*

*I actually have no idea, I don't play standard. I just know it's a nuts card.

As long as scrylands are still in the format, it is actually ridiculous.

It would be too powerful either way

if you see that most of the top decks couldn't handle Tom Ross' boss sligh build, how quick do you think they would crumble versus a 2/2 hasty one-drop?

by Kaitscralt
Standard could handle Goblin Guide, but it's probably on a list of cards too good to be reprinted now that Modern is around

Think of the other cards Goblin Guide had last time it was legal, Lightning Bolt comes to mind

One thing I will say is that Eidolon's turn two real estate value would go way up if it were following Goblin Guides

The way maverick posts implies that he's very out if touch when it comes to magic.

Justin:

The easiest way to a good twin list is to Google Patrick dickman and copy his most deck.

I got it, they should reprint Goblin Guide, but to balance it out, throw in Hymn to Tourach.

I thought of that, but it's RUG Tarmo Twin (right?). Isn't U/R Twin still the most popular version? As much as I'd like to get the experience with it, I do have to remember that 90% of this testing is for my friend's benefit. He needs to be prepared for what he is most likely to encounter.

I dunno...should I be building TarmoTwin?

Goblin Guide, Hymn to Tourach, and Swords to Plowshares. That'd make for one interesting Standard.

Swords to Plowshares.
Swords to Plowshares makes your opponent gain life. How does that help you burn them to death?

Goblin Guide is so much more fair than all those other cards, that was the point of my example and I am assuming Dechs named Hymn first to continue his trolling theme for today

I'm not saying they should print cards that work together. Sheesh. I just want good cards to get reprinted.

I'll start playing Standard/Modern as soon as they reprint Hymn.

Goblin Guide isn't that expensive, there's probably no harm in reprinting it. Even the GP promos are pretty reasonable.

I remember really wanting to put a Sword of War and Peace on a Goblin Guide for the world's jankiest beats. Good times.
