Mtgotraders is quite fair (esp. for the speed) if your after gaining the most TIXs your best bet is selling to other players (rather then chains/stores/sites).

nevermind. managed to make a sob story after I didn't draw a land for 10 turns to get to the finals, and split the finals. not sure how ethical that is but w/e. It was literally the last tournament that was running; literally my last chance for QPs. LOL

I just 3-0éd an SE today and I got 2x Textless Lightning Helixes (1x Foil and 1x Non-Foil).... Playing Modern has just gotten that much more awesome this week (they're also offering the entire Modern set if you win the modern festival event thingy).

I qualified for modern festival in first try, will probably test different decks in 8 mans.

Currently playing company zoo, but might go to elf company, as this deck is sooo explosive (played lots of games vs it, if I didnt do some high play stuff with my kotrs to blow up my forests I would probably loose).

Any one feel like donating tickets so I can complete my vain project of foiling up my burn deck?

In regards with Elves, they seem to pair rather poorly against removal heavy list since most of the cards do nothing - I think Junk Company is the best company based deck.

Q'd for the Modern Festival also. I tried a few tournaments with Affinity, but I think people will bring affinity hate out in full force....and burn is still so damn good right now!!!

I won't be able to get 35 QPs because I'll actually be practicing the format on Cockatrice, but I have nearly 15 QPs from practicing modern. One or two days of grinding should get me there.

I'll admit I lost almost 100+ tickets by being greedy with THS but at least with MM2 it won't go lower then 3 so its just a gamble on rather it lowers to 3 or bounces back into 5.

The format is Legacy Cube so I'm going to try and beg imopen2 to play and record it for me (I want to enter the prelim for this one since winning Cryptic Command is so worth it (we can split the profits on that one)).

the store promo is a sweet looking Serum Visions which is a shame since most of us here are going inf. we won't be spending $20 buying tickets or boosters from the store to earn them
