I'm still working on that part. Basically, some people are going to start pressuring other people for information or pushing the group to try to hang somebody. Some of those people are legit town trying to help, others are scum trying to mislead. The first day is a real clusterfuck and usually ends with some townie getting hanged, but that's what gives the town
information. It reveals who's telling the truth and who's lying or making stuff up or just wrong. You go from there.

The same thing as I just told you, except be better at pretending to be a townie than they are at finding out who's mafia. Basically it's all a game about trying to hang someone for legitimate reasons. If you're mafia, you have to make your reasons look legitimate. If you're town, you have to discern which reasons are legitimate.

So what do you think, imopen? Sign-ups have been running for a month, though I'm not sure we could fill another game at this point anyway. Probably you could get Iso or InflatablePie to review a 9-man setup for you if we can get one more (probably Pie would even join if you asked nice).

Or would you rather I try to fill a 9-man Lego Mafia now and try this 12-man again come September?

I don't think I'd blame the theme. I think it's just bad timing.

I don't think we have enough people to get another game off the ground right now.

What I'll do then is post sign ups for Lego since I can run it with 9 or more. I'll just leave you on top of the list to try again when we hopefully have more players return.
