They love to circle the wagons to keep each other in power unless one becomes too weak or risks the power to the rest then BOOM kicked in the back and the wagons close up closer. I think the only other time they kicked out staff is to power play people into higher positions.

My only takeaway from that is when you bring the penises and vaginas of fictional characters into the mix, and what those characters do with them, neckbeards go wild. Even if it's completely, 100% irrelevant to the source material.
