I mostly drink whiskey, but I do occasionally enjoy a box of wine with my Ramen if I'm feeling classy.

What makes me happy and takes the edge off is cooking and playing magic I like having some edge at all times.

I was not saying to get drunk as a skunk, but that one first drink bothers me. Don't get wrong, but I do have my controled addictions: DOUGHNUTS!, First person shooter games, and speed shooting through CQB courses.
Rolling the credits on this chick flick.

I tried a new shot gun recently. The UTS-15 tactical shotgun: http://utas-usa.com/.
A client of mine showed it off at a remote airport I was working at, and shot the hell out of it. 2, 7 round tubes that can be selected if you are running slug and buckshot. It should have been semi-auto, and it weighs a chunk. The bullpup design helps to distribute the weight. Reloading was not that easy as you do need to move the gun more, but it's better in miles difference than the Keltec KSG terd
shotgun. Really cool gun, but pump actions are not as handy when you are trying to be quiet with a suppresor. The guy had the marine version and it looked cool. He wouldn't tell me how he came to own it. He needed it for his alaska plane gun. You need a survival gun to go into some of the remote areas and slugs kill bears and moose effectivly.

Whoa...heavy things weighing on the thread today.

@TH - Glad that you came through surgery okay, but sorry to hear that there are complications, kid. Sending positive energy your way...

@Wraith - Totally know the feels about the fence...had a doofus do the same to me with a tractor because he didn't look up and realize that we'd run wire.
Regrettably I've also been there regarding the lung spot...they took most of one of my mom's lungs as a result of such an "opacity". But if such things can have a positive spin, my mom was CA-free for the rest of her life (>20 years), so keep hope close and focus on things you can control. Prayers your way as well, man.

@WS - Now that you mention it I do remember us discussing FFS...still, if you are in a corner come by before you need them as obviously we're not
getting in a whole hell of a lot of Magic around here right now. I know where to find them if I need them...

@Nuwen - I just have to say that when you flex your brain it is totally smokin'...it is further utterly cool that you and Fate jibe as you do and that you choose to hang out in the neighborhood.

I'm working hard on not feeling old today...my boy turned 16 yesterday and it's utterly scary to start seeing the light at the end of the high school tunnel and think about him being "not here". Yikes. Mom has decided to start trying to reintegrate into the kids lives as well, which simultaneously brings feels of hopefulness and abject dread. The holidays are definitely gonna be interesting...

Must be a day ending in "y".

<<looks at calendar>>

I am smrt.

Edit:
Only one thing to do — don kilts, grab swords, and terrorize the countryside.

Now, who wants to babysit the kid? He's a little young for pillaging.

Fixing fence isa chor factory. All I had to do for repairs was replace the hog panel and thre t Postes. I made it easy to repair. :D Horse are destructive creatures and hog panels are easy to replace, but at I do have to run 4 strands of barbed wire on top (3) and Bottom (4).

It's in my mom's breast (mamagram). Lung cancer does suck as it has taken my grandfather, uncle, and 2 friends. They were all above 80 though.

Don't worry about your kid cause it is not a girl. Your concerns ended at the talk phase. You also don't have to worry about Redthrirst.

Oh no, wraith...no such luck. My daughter is 13 going on 30 and had I hair to lose she would be accelerating its loss. I point at every gray hair in my beard and enumerate for her the depth of her responsibility for them... ;-)

Yo Wraith, what's wrong with the KSG?

I haven't had a chance to even see one in person, but I was hoping to be able to pick one up when they eventually got around to making a few more. That and the PMR-30.

Keep him in a baby carrier on your back. Kids need to get exposure early.

Tube, don't worry about the cartilage. I have zero cartilage in my left knee and it bothers me once in a while, but it's nothing debilitating. I played my Senior year of football with it like that.

Yo Wraith, what's wrong with the KSG?

I haven't had a chance to even see one in person, but I was hoping to be able to pick one up when they eventually got around to making a few more. That and the PMR-30.
There was a review from S.W.A.T magazine many months about it's many issues.
1. it was $600 and now $1300-1600. BS
2. Reloading it requires significant time and manuevers.
3. You can't select the other chamber till one tube is empty.
4. Jams in the tube require significant takedown.
5. slow pump it and it jams worse than a Henry.
6. Build parts ae extremely cheap. plastic where their should be metal.

The 22 mag pistol from keltec.
1. hand says it feels like a toy. (don't buy guns with your eyes, close your eyes and
feel the action work, release, and fast aim)
2. It has heat issues. The plastic frame fails in high heat and cold (alaska level though).
3. Jams happen with cheap 22 mag rounds (not a big issue)
4. Slide is REALY weak. Cheap build lacking quality material.
5. Costomer complaint from my dad's saddleshop- rear sight breaks in custom leather holster with thumb break.

Don't buy Kel-Tec. It's cheap crap and I find it's as bad as Llama. If you need a 22mag pistol; get a ruger thumb Buster as it's quality, accurate, and reliable. I am still looking for the better tactical shotgun. It's hard to beat a mariner pump mosberg or a Remington semiauto.

Sad face regarding the Kel-Tec...

Also, I wouldn't say I need a .22 mag... but a 30rd handgun for like 1/3 the price of the 5.7 just sounds awesome.

How would you rate the UTS?

Good man.

Besides, the McRib is organic - it comes from organs. Or something. I'm sure there's, at least, one animal part in there somewhere.
Is it bad that I initially read that as "it comes from orgasms?" Because I did.
