i traded in 140 worth of cards for a Gaea's Cradle and a loyal retainer. i threw real money in cuz the cradle was 155 the retainers was 20 and 20 to reverse a spot at the prerelease.

The new one was $50 on release, that's true. English P3K is currently $50 ($25 for Chinese).

When I was hired at this job I had a boss. I knew when I was hired he wasn't going to be my boss for long - my program is expanding, and he was already overworked since he runs two large programs (welding apprenticeship and welding engineering technology - WET), so he was passing my program (WET) off to another Academic Chair who had a smaller program (non-destructive testing - NDT) to manage as well. That's fine, no big deal. The hand-off happened at the end of April. Literally the next day, my new boss goes on stress leave for at least a month. Her slack got picked up by my old boss. Now he's handling three programs instead of one when he was already overworked with two. It's kind of amusing, but, yeah, drama!

Or there was the time a couple of weeks ago that two Deans were fired at the same time. Turns out they were caught having sex in one of their offices. Drama!

My office also got broken into a couple of weeks ago. I share the large space with about 20 people, some had computers stolen, hoodies, gym bags, secret stashes of alcohol... I was lucky. All they stole from me were some Subway coupons that were sitting on my desk.

Work colleague went to rehab because she wanted to kill herself.

Work colleague accused another Work colleague of raping her, found out she was lying so she was sacked.

Work colleague found out her dad who she has not seen since she was 7 years old had passed away 2 months earlier and no1 had told her.

Interesting times.

oh wait nearly forgot, another Work colleague (male this time) has stage 3 lung cancer due to smoking, at the age of 22.

I would not mind smashing one of my Work colleagues, but lets keep that one a secret.
