Hello: I've been looking for a way to communicate with the Staff without having to resort to creating a new account or something. I believe it's been a couple years since my ban appeal got turned down. I found this warning or infraction that I can comment on, so here I am. Anyway, the online Casual crowd is very very scarce, and I would like to discuss some ideas about converting my decks to Modern-legal versions of them. I do not wish to participate in other areas of the forum, nor interact with anyone who isn't interested in discussing my deck ideas. Over the years you have done some particularly malicious things towards multiple staff members. You have intentionally skirted the lines of acceptable and unacceptable behavior whilst a member of this site. You have mocked this site and its members here and and on other forums.

Much of this can be forgiven, put aside, or looked past for another chance. However some things will remain as forever damning. Namely, releasing Teia's personal information to DTR (and then blaming her) and creating a change.org petition to remove Expired Rascals from MTGSalvation (again using his real name). These are actions which would cause another user with no previous history to be permabanned.

In previous appeals you have shown an awareness to these behaviors but have shown little to no remorse, at times blamed others, and had no regrets for any actions. For these reasons we are denying your appeal and it is unlikely that we will have any future interests in unbanning you.

We will leave this appeal open for a while longer in the hopes that you would like to address what I have brought up.

I understand. I see that those people remain in staff and are still holding grudges after 3 years about things that, like you said in different words, they are partly responsible for. Nobody got doxxed or anything as serious as you make it sound. They voluntarily submitted their photographs and only people who had access to the Gutter or would have eventually have seen them. Ben's real name was easily relatable to his username, he was rather public about it at some point (check his Twitter account for one). We found out harkius' real name with a Google search for crying out loud, ER was so much easier.

The petition was made in a time I still cared about trying to make a change in the forums, a hail Mary of sorts. It was silly, really and if Ben wants an apology for that, sure why not? Sorry man.

My ban was still unfair and personally biased, but I got over it, and have offered an olive branch in more than one occasion. However, you reproach my mocking, but are still using words like "malicious" to describe these silly things you just can't seem to get over. I would have posted like once every two months had you unbanned me, I'm sincere when I say that I don't mean to bother anyone, because I don't care what you do with the site anymore, I just want to discuss cadj stuff with other cadj people.
