that's actually accurate math using my heaviest weight, but inaccurate from what I was when I started.

heaviest was 300 a few years back, I was 275 in October.

Clocked in at 198 this morning.

You're probably asking Checkbox but I started with 2020 Cal/day and the app kept reducing the amount until I was eating about 1300 Cal/day as I neared my target weight.

I started around 1900ish, moved down to 1770 after some months, then to 1600 for a few weeks. I have since gotten a FitBit to more accurately track my calories, so now I'm eating differently every day based on what I burn (keeping my intake >= 1000 calories below what I burn, so the weight loss has slowed a bit these last few weeks (I also started lifting recently, so that's thrown my routine in flux, but it will even itself out over time)

I now burn 3500-4000 calories per day, and eat anywhere from 1900-2400 depending on the day.

An unattended bag was left in my local shopping mall yesterday, about 15 years ago said bag would have been picked up by an employee or member of public and taken to lost property. They wou not have evacuted everyone, closed the place down and had the bomb squad called in for 5 hours to safely detonate said bag. Yes in the end the bag was simply unattended/forgotten.
