He looked at the tied up couple and smiled with his thin lips. "Four-one," he said calmly. He turned back to the monitor while the couple was left to ponder their fates.

Everytime someone says hashtag it makes me think of hash browns. Then I become hungry, and then I become angry because I don't have hash browns.

caleb durward said the draft format is lightning fast and aside from opening boosters and teaching a guy how to draft i haven't drafted but in simulation and force UG ramp w/ fliers every time.
is it as fast as advertised and is heroic the "bees knees"?

madding is terrible though
Posted: Sat Oct 05, 2013 9:40 pm

so if you draft phalanx leader and ordeals you have effectively won the game
Posted: Sat Oct 05, 2013 9:45 pm
by Kaitscralt
sometimes. white sucks so you might just get over 9k phalanx leader and have a great deck, but if not your deck will probably suck. the key when facing the heroic deck is to just not block and make their tricks just pump spells.

why do mtg players always say "seems good"?
they never say "is good", perhaps due to years of failing to make definitive claims as a result of having minimal confidence

I'm not confident in my limited skills in Theros because I've drafted it once and forced UG but got beat by a guy with 3 Gray merchants and Rescue from the underworld for maximum value

it is said sarcastically in a calm manner when your opponent plays something very unbeatable or very bad

Gray Merchant.dec seems pretty good
that is a good card but mono-black is not very good at particularly anything unless you get some of the unconditional removal spells.
