It was too long
Iron Man acted inconsistently during the first half until switching tactics and acting inconsistently in a different way in the second half.
Too much time spent on cameos and crossover contribution from characters that weren't necessary to the plot.
Gratuitous Wrestlemania-styled fight scene with no pay-off.
Lame "oh no, XX character is dead!" scene, followed later by "lol jk gotcha"
A few romantic teasers thrown in but never resolved or mentioned again
Characters running faster than cars for some reason
Not enough Making America Great Again

The Stan Lee cameo was funny though.
