After you and thrillo were raving about UG I tried to draft it a couple times and I never end up with a good list. I've had the most success with WU heroic, WB heroic, or BG rock/gray merchant

One game this weekend I played a gray merchant for 8, then the next turn I played another gray merchant for 10 and then the Minotaur that gives all your dudes haste and intimidate and swung for 13.
