@ LP. Glad you're enjoying One Piece. I'm at 465; Pip just bought me Trafalgar Law's hat (because in her opinion, that is the character I am most like); you'll know what is in another 140 episodes ;)

One Piece never ends.

I remember it coming on for the first time Stateside. I was fucking twelve years old or something.

On the plus side I can watch 10+ episodes a day and not accidentally finish the series before it sinks in like most animes.

How successful are you, Johnny? It looks like you're just trying to play Legacy Goblins with only new-bordered cards.
And James, I think we'd all appreciate another theory article from you. I just re-read your RDW primer out of boredom, and it's still fantastic. It's probably the best primer I've ever read, since it really goes beyond the cards and goes into the theory, strategy and history of the deck. 10/10, would recommend.
LP, I'm checking your article out as well. Behind all of your swag is the brain of one of the most intelligent Magic players I've ever known. I guess that's one more thing for you to add to the wall of ego that is your Sally sig.
I admittedly don't get to play much competative modern, but it seems to work.

So...

1. Acquire red cards.
2. Join FoS.
3. ???
4. Profit!!!

Went 4-1 and second place at the Game Day! The mat was so close, but I got the cards and 6 price boosters (only 16 players). So...wheee! I have to thank you guys for the success, I wouldn't have made it without the help from you.

I am going to Gameday tomorrow. I've probably changed my mind in which deck I'm brining four times. I know there will be at least two Bant Hexproof players and I expect no more than 16 people here. There will also likely be a lot of Jund. I really like the Dos Rakis deck I was running last night with all haste creatures after the one drops, but I question my ability to race hexproof and Jund. I also want some Rakdos's Return and Olivia in the side and I will be without them. I could whip out my UB tempo deck as it would deal with both decks fairly well while also having a decent aggro matchup.

Hmm, decisions decisions.

Ok, I didn't knew about the current state of Detroit. Well, I understand when stuff like that happens here in Poland... but never thought such a big city in USA could fall that low.
I ended up calling it "The City". <evil_laugh>

I ended up dropping Crypt Ghasts for 1 Gilded Lotus and 2 Desecration Demons, I think DD will get in there enough of the time to carry his weight.

Also dropped 2 Corrupt for 1 Sands of Delirium and 1 Elixir of Immortality. We're going deep.
