Since we're (finally!) on the topic of Modern Goblins, I'm posting my list too:
[deck]
Creatures (29)
4 Akki Avalanchers
4 Legion Loyalist
4 Foundry Street Denizen
4 Goblin Guide
1 Spikeshot Elder
4 Goblin Bushwhacker
4 Mogg War Marshal
4 Gobin Chieftain
Spells (11)
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Dragon Fodder
3 Shared Animosity
Land (20)
2 Cavern of Souls
2 Teetering Peaks
16 Mountain
Sideboard
3 Blood Moon
3 Arc Trail
3 Combust
2 Dismember
4 Faerie Macabre[/deck]
Some points:
Akki Avalanchers- This guy is pretty good. While not too threatening on t1, he more or less makes every land you draw after the 3rd or 4th into more damage. I like this.
Mogg War Marshal - I like this guy. A lot. Not only does he help trigger my Foundry Street Denizen, but in case there is a board wipe, I get to keep a dude. Follow up with a Dragon Fodder or another Marshal and BOOM! Board presence is reestablished.
nLegion Loayalist and Foundry Street Denizen: Thank you, Gatecrash! Without these two guys, I doubt Modern Goblins could be a thing.
A one-of Spikeshot Elder: Because I just can't quit this guy. Ever.
17 One-Drops: Seriously, I don't have to mulligan much at all with this deck. The deck is really consistent.
Cavern of Souls: 2 is about all you need. I only ever want to see 1 on the field anyway. Also, don't forget that when you cast Bushwhacker off of a Cavern, you can't use Cavern mana to pay the kicker cost. Do things right: Tap Cavern for a R to cast the Bushwhacker and then tap a Mountain for the kicker cost. Seriously, I've seen my buddies fuck this up more times than I can remember.
Teetering Peaks: Another 2-of. Because sometimes playing a Goblin Guide and following up with this land is pretty fucking good. Especially when your opponent thinks dropping a Wall of Omens on t2 will slow you down.
Shared Animosity: The hype on this card is for real. Sometimes it is win-more. And
sometimes it's that lucky topdeck that can turn a game around. There will be games where you and your opponent will just be playing creatures and passing the turn. Why? Because your opponent needs blockers to stay alive, but you don't have enough dudes to swarm past those blockers to take the win. In these situations, simply playing more guys and then laying this enchantment down can be enough to steal a game. And don't even get me started on how sick it is with Legion Loyalist and Spikeshot Elder.
I agree that Lightning Bolt isn't a "sacred cow" in this deck and could even be replaced by Krenko's Command. But not with Goblin Grenade. Now don't get me wrong, I love Goblin Grenade (so much so that my original Fallen Empires playset with the mean, spiky goblin is signed by Ron Spencer) but the deck thrives on just making MOAR Goblins. Suppose I lead off with a Foundry Street Denizen. Ideally, on the next turn I want to drop a Mogg War Marshal or a Dragon Fodder so I can swing for 3 and
potentially setting up my turn 3 for either a Shared Animosity, Goblin Chieftain, or a critter + Bushwhacker. A Goblin Grenade in my hand during this situation doesn't do much. Nor does topdecking it. Goblin Grenade is great for reach, but I think Lightning Bolt is probably the better choice since it does not take away from your board presence, which is the main point of the deck.
The strength of the Goblins come from increasing their numbers every turn. The more there are, the more powerful they become.
Sideboard Notes:
Faerie Macabre: I know this isn't an aggressive card, but I played a ton of games against two different Gifts decks and the Faerie made all the difference. If you can't close out a game within the first 3-5 turns, you just die to Elesh Norn. And I'm not saying Goblins can't consistently beat Gifts, it's just that you won't always have blisteringly fast games. In those situations, I'll happily trade the Bolts out for some grave hate. Other decks that just hate to see this
card are Melira Pod, Assualt Loam, and Breakfast at Urza's (it's basically Eggs 2.0, but you have a strong MU against it anyway).
Blood Moon: Usually just a straight swap with the Shared Animosity. The weird thing is, Shared Animosity is such a bomb, but Blood Moon can actually be just as devastating. Though, I've found that I want the Moon more when I'm going to be on the play and the Animosity for when I'm on the draw. But then, I guess it just depends on the deck.
Dismember: Because people actually play Kor Firewalker and Burrington Forge-Tender in my damn area. Bonus points in that it also helps stop Twin combos from going off.
Combust: Because I hate Twin that much. Plus getting around a Wall of Omens, Spellskite, Restoration Angel, or a Colonnade is pretty good. And sometimes, just sometimes, you'll find yourself getting smacked be a Vendillion Clique - torch that motherfucker.
Arc Trail: My favorite insurance against other aggro decks. This deck is very all in, but I never found it
to be a bad idea to take out a single Shared Animosity and two Dragon Fodders to help clear a path for my bloodthirsty green guys.

In a pinch, Khaos' beard can help turn this around.

No way. Who the fuck is Krenko to command MY goblins? And Khaos, I have 1 critique for your deck: When given the option, you always choose Krenko's Command over Dragon Fodder.
Also, I like the art better. And the flavor text better. And I just like Alara a lot better than M13 - the set that cursed us with Thragtusk.

Siege-Gang Commander is probably my favorite piece of goblin art in MTG. Goblin Sledder runs a close second because the art + flavor = win.

That wasn't ice cream, my friend. That was redthirst's semen. So, made a cup of Chai tea just now. Was out of ice to cool it down and out of milk to add to it so I melted some vanilla ice cream into it.
Not 100% sure but I think I just accidentally found the cure for cancer/aging/erectile dysfunction.

I mean... I wouldn't drink it either.
redthirst is redthirst, fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. He was the leader of the Fires of Salvation, the only clan I'm aware of to get modded off the forums so hard they made their own forums.
Degenerate? Sure. Loudmouth? You bet. Law abiding? No ****ing way.
Great guy to have around? Hell yes.
I love the D...

I am not really in touch with the average American, so I cannot say. Colbert does have a significant following here though, and personally, I appreciate his body of work very much.

I pity the fools who watch Colbert for news.
@ LP. Glad you're enjoying One Piece. I'm at 465; Pip just bought me Trafalgar Law's hat (because in her opinion, that is the character I am most like); you'll know what is in another 140 episodes
