Whenever Daxos of Meletis deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You gain life equal to that card's converted mana cost. Until end of turn, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Yup, this set's going to be Kamigawa block 2.0. A bunch of silly, nonsensical legends that people want to build decks around but dominated by a few decks that largely ignore them.

At least these legends are aggressively costed. Almost every Kamigawa legend was overcosted by 1-2.
