With Eggs winning, I'm expecting to see that deck a lot more in my local metagame given how cheap it is compared to Jund and other top decks. I finally went up to four spell pierces and 4 mana leaks in my Esperblade deck.
What implications does this tournament have on the future of the modern metagame?

On the one hand, Eggs is DIRT cheap to build, but it also takes a level of sequencing that I don't respect most players to understand.
At any rate, I hope that the deck spikes in popularity regardless of how well people play it because as a Faeries player I want to play against this deck every round.

Still playing around with jund and elemental combo
It's too bad we don't have a secret subforum where we can coordinate troll attempts where only we can see so that we don't have to catch on because only one of us is an actual rocket scientist.
