You could say that for a lot of the rares... Worm Harvest is bad but actually saw some random niche play in Seismic Loam decks.
Standard hobos who play budget garbage should be looked upon with suspicion.

Worm Harvest is a key card in that Lands Legacy deck though.

Some of the card choices make me wonder if this isn't actually a "Modern & Post 8thEdition Legacy Masters" (not that I am complaining)

The good thing is that a lot of modern staples are also legacy staples.
