Ral is cool stuff. After stabilizing you just play him and the opponent scoops. The Grixis people on Sally really hate him for some reason. He's just been rock solid in my testing against all the tier 1 decks.
Aetherling is only average. Beggars can't be choosers - he seems the best finisher against control opponents.
Also, am I the only one here that finds Block constructed pro tours a fucking stupid idea? It's boring as hell to watch and the format is less relevant than an arts degree in the desert. I just rage every time the Block pro tour comes around. It's one less exciting magic event to watch. I wish it was any other constructed format. I'd even watch an EDH pro tour, as much as I hate the format.

I was a pretty big fuckup in high school and I have a very normalGive him/her a normal name. John, Ryan, Clare, Josephine etc.So, anyone have any good baby names that they like?
As a school teacher, I have found that kids with outstanding names tend to be the worst students in terms of both results and behavior (in general). There was also a study done which demonstrates this. It has something to do with class association - people tend to associate wacky names with the lower echelons of society.
name. My sister's name is Gwendoline and she was a pretty normal child.
It's probably not related whatsoever.

I'm just Michael, and I'm kind of sort of just here. Solid name though so if you have a boy go with that.
Well this week didn't work out so well. Technically snuck into top 8 but went 2-3 overall. Started out 5-0 in games, but went to shit after.
What kind of phones you cats all got? Think I'm going to ditch my iphone 4s for a galaxy s4 tomorrow. Ready to try something other than the iphone.

Saying all of those things we have been saying for months. But at least he's in front of a camera. Good guy Pat.
Also, he's got Dynacharge in his list. GG JAMES, I TOLD YOU SO.
I've been testing a similar list with Lightning Maulers and Firemane Avenger. It's pretty solid, you can swing into basically anything.

For anyone who cares about Vintage, this is live today: http://www.twitch.tv/watchdamatch/c/2282640
Bazaar of the Moxen, which is basically a tournament where first prize is a full set of power nine. Second place finish is a set of Mox.
I feel very comfortable watching Vintage personally, but that's likely due to a long history of Legacy.

@windstrider- congrats, buddy. If it's a boy, I recommend something strong, like Thor or Magnus. But then again, I dunno how keen you are on raising Viking children. Lol
@LP- thanks for the list, dude. I proxies it up and it's really fun to play.
I went 4-1 with KDW at FNM, losing only to my bro (2-1) playing Prime Speaker Bant. Trostani + Faithmender + Thragtusk is fucking disgusting. Oh well, I can't win em all. At least I didn't lose to fucking Slumbering Dragon this time lol.
It amazes me that so many people still need to ask what stonewright, Pyreheart, and crucible does.
@fate- kill them all.

In a pinch, Khaos' beard can help turn this around.
I rarely skip a Khaospawn wall of text because I know there is always piss at the end of the rainbow.

Funny story about the Sleeping dragon. I was trying to build my Jund varolz deck last night, and I wanted to throw in a few anti aggro cards in the SB. Then I had an Idea: SLUMBERING DRAGON! It was a 1 mana 3/3 that clogs the board against aggro! And then I read the card... and threw myself off a tall building in shame.

Drafted last night. 2-1, didn't place. Not drafting anymore at FNM ever. Can't justify playing a format where I can 2-1 and not get my money back.
Catching up with PT coverage. Looks like round 10 feature matches are stacked. Nassif v Wescoe, Martell v Moshowitz, Duke v Saito, and some Judge in first place v Mihara

So I follow the group "I fucking love science" of Facebook, and they post all kinds of interesting stuff. This was just posted:
"Does it look like these flatworms are dancing? Well, not quite. They're actually penis fencing.
This species is hermaphroditic and all individuals have working penises, testes and ovaries. Typically, being a mother is more time consuming and "costly" for the flatworm - eggs are larger and require more energy to form than sperm do. So, neither wants to be the mom. They fight with their penises, and the loser is inseminated by the winner.
Watch a penis fencing match here: http://bit.ly/Z2seg5"
Yes, the video is safe...

Legion Loyalist + Spike Jester? Does anyone else smell a 22 land Das Aggro deck?
And if there is, is it better then BTE?
