[DGM] Spoilers 4/10/13
Starting early today...I honestly don't even know if this first one is real, but given that it comes from Aaron Forsythe's (MTG Director of R&D) Twitter, I'm going to put it up.
Actual Source: http://twitpic.com/ci7btg
The rest to come in just a little under 5 hours, I suspect...
Update: Here they are...

I like that it's a skill-intensive instant-speed removal out of the SB vs. .... a surprising number of midrange decks right now. It could replace O. Ring in some sideboards, but don't quote this as me saying it's a "good" card.
They're not even trying to be subtle with the flavor text anymore, are they?

Goddammit i was really hoping the new Teysa wasn't going to be EDH/casual garbage. The original Teysa is one of my favorite cards/characters.
At least the gate bros seem interesting for limited. 4 CMC threaten on a stick could be relevant

She was a pet card in my B/W aggro control deck from rav/kami standard. I was bad back thenI thought the old Teysa was only fringe playable anyway?Goddammit i was really hoping the new Teysa wasn't going to be EDH/casual garbage. The original Teysa is one of my favorite cards/characters.

Submitted by Trick Jarrett, it's real. And yeah, it kinda replaces Falkenrath on rotation, but is a rather poor substitute. Still, FS and haste, with 4 power, that's strong.[/quote:3pvsla48]
She makes Rakdoes Cackler and all other unleash creatures a relevant top deck mid game. Definitely not as good as Aristocrat, but she could do nicely. Turn your cacklers and chainwalkers into shocks and lightning bolts. That's exactly what we want to be doing.

Except that a lot of other decks are tuned to avoid a turn 4 blowout, either through early lifegain or board wipes. One of the weaknesses of most unleash creatures is that they are slow in a deck type that doesn't want to be slow, especially turn 4 or later. A Supreme Verdict hurts because it can set us back so much, effectively giving an opponent two turns to stabilize. Exava negates that advantage of a board wipe by allowing us to keep pressuring the opponent.I'm starting to worry that the Rakdos runner won't hit the battlefield early enough to be relevant. It obviously wants to be in an aggro deck, but by turn four, you should be swinging for lethal anyway.
She'll be fun to play with, and she's going to
be fun to build around.

Second.I like the Rakdos card, the Gatekeepers seem bonkers for Limited and Teysa's beautiful art has been wasted on crap.
And for Jund, all evolved Experiment Ones and creatures with the Zombie Plant's salvage have haste.
Re: Unleash creature interaction -- I think making your unleash guys hasted in the late game/as topdecks makes them relevant spells versus drawing Gore-House Chainwalker turn infinity when it can't get through damage because all creatures are larger than it. Cackler becomes at least halfway threatening after turn 1 with the Rakdos Runner.

In Dos Rakis builds utilizing Hellrider in addition to FA, I think it's a solid alternative.
The deck focuses on quick but also resilient threats over explosive glass cannon threats - and Exava fits that bill perfectly.

why not post what the card is instead of not and linking through to mtgs?
updated op:
Lavinia of the Tenth 3WU
Legendary Creature - Human Soldier (R)
Protection from red
When Lavinia of the Tenth enters the battlefield, detain each nonland permanent your opponents control with converted mana cost 4 or less. (Until your next turn, those permanents can't attack or block and their activated abilities can't be activated.)

I've put the new spoilers into the OP now, including the Azorius champ. Sorry they weren't up sooner, but I was...Y'know, sleeping and all. Then I was driving to school. Now I'm safely sequestered in the library working on that term paper, and I can properly allocate some time to cleaning up the spoiler posts I've made.
Oh, and that Azorius champion is a freaking joke. I may be doing a bad, spur of the moment evaluation, but it seems like the worst one we've seen thus far. That mat be reading my own biases into it, because I really like that guild and wanted a good champ, and I can see how it could enable a game-ending alpha strike...but that's pretty expensive for a pseudo-combat trick if you ask me.

been adding to it as well as I've seen more info. You work on your term paper if you need to.

I disagree Dane, I'd say Lavinia is one of the best guild champions we've so far, if not the best. She seems like a great 1-of in control decks and is obviously better in the sideboard for absolutely destroying red based aggro. She combos with everyones favorite Angel and dodges almost every piece of removal in the set outside her own colors. She blocks Ruric Thar all day and between her and all the different Angel's you could likely kill your opponent without ever triggering his six damage effect. She kills Hellrider and Exava in combat. She's less good against other control decks but she does have the ability of shutting off certain planeswalkers for a turn (very good for slowing down a Domri, preventing a Liliana edict, or detaining a Jace AoT or Ral Zarek.)
For what looks to be a primarily sideboard card, I'd say she is very exciting.

And that might be what gets me.
I've realized more and more since coming back to the game, that I very badly want to be a Johnny...but I'm a Timmy. I like big, fancy effects, and I like to make an impact.
Subtle sideboard cards just don't get me excited, and that's very limiting on my evaluation skills.

4 cmc or less is a very large number of CMC. The only (current) threats in Standard that avoid her are Thundermaw, Angel of Serenity, Thragtusk, and you can activate Big Garruk but can't block with the token/s the turn she ETB. And I guess also Sigarda and Zealous Conscripts. Two of those are red and aren't shut off but similarly can't do anything about her. Not that Thundermaw really has anything to worry about with her pro-red status.

Also, I place part of the blame for my bad evaluation skills on the LGS I started playing at when I came back from a 10 year break.
People there are BAD, yo. The meta there =/ the meta in the "real world" of MtG. That's probably why I went undefeated on GTC GameDay when I took a real deck instead of playing the sort of thing they're used to seeing.
The wife and I are starting to play at a more competitive environment now, though really, we usually just draft for FNM, due to current circumstances.

Yeah, she does detain just about everything that's not Hellkite or Junk creatures (but she's a dead card versus Junk anyways for the most part). It's good breathing space versus the Rx/Naya run-you-over decks. Much better than the desperation Revelation-for-2 that you often have to do on turn five. She sets you up for a much better stabilization.
I'm not trying to say she's the best thing since sliced bread, but it's ANOTHER good Azorius card, and that's something worth noting.

Also, as far as blink targets go (especially those that make Deadeye Navigator an "untap - win" card), this one is right at the top.
