one of myI dont think its a tyrannical shithole I think its just become far too politically correct. Example, a few weeks ago I was at a pub playing MTG with someone I know, I lost most of the games and when I had to go as I was getting up I said "im going to kill you next week"
Now anyone with common sense can tell that I was speaking figuratively about killing him, if I were to post that on salvation I would be banned for making death threats.
Some of the stuff people get infracted for is almost up there with this, http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/ ... at-is-this
girlfriend's roommates is a sassy gay dude who repeatedly calls me a cunt, a whore, and a cheater every time i outplay him and i'm pretty sure if our games were hosted on mtgs he would be that guy that never seems to be off suspension because he comes back and makes one cursing post and is back in the ether again.

THE EYES! THEY CAN NOT UNSEE!I'll give Teia a playset of Tundras if he YouTubed himself doing a Buffalo Bill
Eric, Ren and Jensen were activists
Heads loaded with theory, their hearts are filled with passion
Shared the same left wing politics
Liked the same music, they were part of the protest movement
Now, Anna presented herself as a feminist
Studied the way they talked and dressed
Fashioned herself an anarchist
Eric fell in love with Anna at the meeting of the crime think conference
He didn't know it but Anna was an FBI informant
Heads loaded with theory, their hearts are filled with passion

fucking loved it. After seeing TDK, I didn't think that Nolan could.follow it up with anything even close in quality. And he did, and TDKR might even be better. So quick question, being as most of you seem relatively intelligent.....what did you guys think of TDKR?
I DISAGREE!
tdkr just didnt feel as awesome as tdk did.

Here's my problems with the film:
1. Autopilot. Of COURSE there's an autopilot. If you spend a 10 minute (or what felt like ten minutes) segment discussing the LACK of an autopilot....there's gonna be an autopilot installed at some point. And lo and behold....batman escapes via autopilot.
2. And this is somewhat forgivable, but Bane's voice. Think about Bane's character: Mike Tyson's body, Gandalf's voice. That's Bane. Now, re watching some of the film, it doesn't seem to bother me much anymore. Likely because of the hella awesome fight scene between Batman and Bane. So we won't count that quite as negatively as the other issues.
3. "So Bruce...you have no cartilage in your elbows or knees, you have a bad back and a bad neck, I'm surprised you're still walking." So how do we fix this? BAT KNEE BRACE!! Almost as bad as Bat Shark Repellant. That was just awful.
4. Alfred crying again. Dude needs to
stop crying.
5. What was with the whole "Gotham rising up against the rich" scheme by Bane anyway? What's the point? You're gonna nuke em all anyway. Just seemed kind of unnecessary. And why wait? You have Batman crippled in that pit, the police have been comically neutralized, why not blow the whole shithouse wide open?
6. Did not live up to the trailer. TDKR trailer was AMAZING. I saw it and was sold immediately. I figured "If you can take roughly one one hundredth of a movie and condense it down into a trailer this pants-shïttingly amazing....how could the movie possibly be rife with plot holes and poor acting? How? HOW????
7. The GLOWING reviews it still has to this day. That movie had WAY too much wrong with it to be considered the best in the series, OR better than The Avengers. The Avengers had alot wrong with it too, but it knew it was a cheesy superhero teamup flick, and lived up to its potential. TDKR was heralded as a genre defining classic of 16" díck proportions.
And it failed.
