But, you are right. I haven't spent nearly as much time studying and practicing for the format as I should be. I'm still ravenously devouring any amount of articles I can get my hands on, and I have a friend running draft simulators and taking notes for me, so there's that.

I didn't plan on getting into a relationship so suddenly, let alone even deviating from my normal routine until AFTER Vegas. Life is weird like that, I guess. But she is really great. Completely amazing.

My burn deck isn't foiled but i do my best anyway to make people feel miserable while i cast lava spikes.
And yes Norin can be even more annoying .... many games end up in endless board stalls with me at hundreds life points. If i win game 1 i usually plan to go to time and win 1-0 but there are also draws where you start with double champion of the parish + norin and win fast
