You could just go to Vegas and play magic when you're bored. Which you shouldn't have to do unless you're already a Vegas native who is disillusioned with where he lives.
Like if you're going there for friends, take in some culture and vice while you're at it instead on languishing in a convention center for the better part of a weekend.

To go there.
Yeah, you're going to want to have a spare for when you're there. Just in case.
Don't you mean a spare liver?

The more I frequent this site, the more I appreciate Kaits presence.

At that terrifies me.
I think what you're trying to say is that Kait will pay for Khaos' ticket! What a guy!
let me try to summon up some give a fuck

I would rather parody something and have fun with life's lemons than to squirt them in my eye and be angry about how acidic they are. You could just not use the lemons, but I don't like looking comedy gift horses in the mouth.

House of Cards is pretty great. The latest season goes off the rails a bit at the end, but is otherwise pretty tight.

The Jordan valley storyline was unrealistic horseshit, but other than that this season has been great.

After the GP this weekend, I hear they're making a spinoff called Lap of Cards.

It's about an arrogant, power-hungry card gamer who will stoop to any low to achieve glory, while the audience waits to see when his hubris drops the other boot.

Season 2 ends with the main character on the cusp of winning a large tournament after he throws his opponent's deck in front of the oncoming Las Vegas monorail, disqualifying his opponent from the finals and assuring his victory at the event.

Still great, but pales next to previous ones. Ending was weak.

I play constructed usually, but prereleases are a fun place to play some sealed because it's super-hyped and everyone's excited for new cards.

If you're a casual, it's fun to play with all the new cards for the first time. If you're good, it's ezmoney.
That said, I will not be attending because I have better things to do.
