Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury
I just acquired four kolaghans for basically nothing .... this card looks like the new aggro dragon of choice when stormbreath rotates out. People are not gonna play four sarkhans because of legend rule, so if rakdos will be remotely viable as a color combination and they don't print/reprint any crazy dragon, kolaghan will be a big presence in the next standard season.

It certainly doesn't hurt to pick them up since I'm assuming they're cheap, but we currently have no reason to suspect RB will be viable, and 3 Sarkhan's will be more than acceptable once SBD is gone. Lastly, we have an entire set based on dragons coming out next month to add more competition.
Standard hobos who play budget garbage should be looked upon with suspicion.

well there is a r/b dragonswarm who will get support. so its not so far fetched, that r/b could become viable. It certainly doesn't hurt to pick them up since I'm assuming they're cheap, but we currently have no reason to suspect RB will be viable, and 3 Sarkhan's will be more than acceptable once SBD is gone. i picked 4 of them for 15cents each up too. you cant go wrong with that.

Mine is obviously just a speculation, but i think this card is really good and doubt any dragon as good as this will be printed in dragons of tarkir. I mean, in a red/black aggro deck this is almost as strong as thundermaw hellkite as a curve topper. The upside is that he pumps your team, the downside is that he doesn't tap other fliers. The fact that he doesn't have natural haste but dash is neutral to me because sometimes it will be annoying to have to recast him (in which case you can just cast him without haste) but other times it will be fantastic to avoid sorcery speed removal. Overall i think we have seen in fate reforged that dash is a good ability.

I think the major hurdle is that Dash makes her a 5/5 Archwing Dragon, hardcasting makes her a slightly above average 5-drop with no value added if it never attacks (or attacks alone), and you can't merge the two because Dash returns the creature to hand at end of turn.
This is coupled with BR not being a particularly strong strategy in Standard right now, you're relying on the offerings from DTK to do a lot of the heavy lifting for you (or to at least add value to her ability). The other thing I think that's worth noting is that Suligmar sees play in UB as a finisher and can still be had for $0.23.
It's a good low-risk gamble (I bought a limited deck's worth of Mastery of the Unseen yesterday), I just worry that there's a lot of things that have to go your way for it to pay off.
