I think I'm pretty awful at BYOS. The one time I tried it was Onslaught-5th-Innistrad because I wanted a zombie deck with dark rituals.

How do "Hunt" Entry Object work in prerelease events? I havn't played one of these in a very long time... do they give you fix boosters or something which favor more on the colour of choice?

Prerelease entry gives 5 regular M15 boosters, plus 1 semi-randomized seeded M15 booster. The seeded booster contents are preset for each colour (you get one randomly from a selection of about 8 different options available to your prerelease colour), and contain the prerelease promo of your colour, and a random rare of your colour; the colour balance of the cards in the seeded booster are slightly skewed towards your chosen prerelease colour. It is possible to get a seeded booster with a mythic, but they are limited to the Soul card of your
prerelease colour (i.e. no planeswalkers in the seeded booster).

Went to prerelease, got first at 5-0-1, picking red as my color. I started the tournament playing Jund, but later realized that playing green just because it had mana fixing and hard to cast bombs, wasn't worth it. Played the R/b deck with a ton of 3 and 4 drops. Did much, much better. Goblin Ramblemaster was the hustler. I think I drew my one of like... 80% of the time.

Best pulls of the night were Chord of Calling, Uraborg, Swamp of Swampiness, and a Hushwing Griff. I wanted more Griffs and Scuttling Doom Buggies.
