Pretty subpar. Might be okay in limited if Mill is viable.

[Pendulum]

This card has EDH written all over it. Considering that that first ability stacks, this guy and this guy alone can keep your opponents off their sweepers once your into the later game.

i think it will be pretty solid in limited. it's an extra mana sink that could end up being 4-8 damage over the course of the game. when a game stalls out it could be a viable win condition
