Definitely not the first, certainly not the last

Postby brianandstuff » Wed Apr 16, 2014 9:23 pm

Yo, I've been playing Zem's RW Burn list since before he was writing about it for CFB (albeit not very well) and I've been lurking these forums since he mentioned the deck was developed here. I'm a recent convert to the ways of the Basic Mountain, a difficult transition from playing Mono Black religiously, and I'm working on playing some form of Red burn in Modern soon as well. Hopefully I can get some more info direct from the source, as literally no one else in my area plays the burn deck.. Thanks!

If no one else plays burn that puts you in an awesome position. Most of your losses are going to come from sideboard cards that just aren't going to be there if people haven't had to use them.

I love that your first sentence implies that I'm a poor writer >:)

Vicious: Are you pleading for your life?
Spike: Hardly, begging doesn't work on you, remember? Even if it's coming from the man who took you in and made you what you are.

Oh no no! I meant that I was playing the deck significantly worse before your insight was granted. :aww: Sorry!!

welcome to our unhumble abode
Standard hobos who play budget garbage should be looked upon with suspicion.
