I'm hoping, and this is a long shot, that they introduced Winter Soldier so that they can do the death of Captain America and the Civil War story line. I know it's not going to happen, but I can dream.

Sebastian Stan has signed for nine movies, the theory being that if Chris Evans' career explodes and he becomes too expensive they can do the Death of Cap and keep going. So maybe hang on to that hope.

Captain is one of the best drawn comic characters though. The fight scenes are pretty awesome and his arch-nemis is an angry Nazi. Kinda cool.

Not only that, as a vet, I have a queer fascination with all things related to war, real and fictional hence my affinity with the Captain.
