Zem, tell CFB to stop making shitty articles/videos about shitty formats like Cube and make shitty articles/videos about Standard instead. They have like 40 writers now yet there have been two Standard articles in the past week. I don't want to read eight articles about Storm in Modern.

I don't actually read these articles, it just bothers me because it feels like CFB is tying to be contrarian for the sake of being contrarian. "Standard is the most popular format? What a poser. Make another Cube video instead."

A lot of this is because most of our guys haven't made Standard material as of late. The pros didn't care / were all-in on Modern and we have a massive backlog of Cube and Modern, because Cube is popular and PT was Modern.
SCG has all Modern all week (and really two weeks) bc of the PT / GP Richmond. It's just not a good week to try and learn stuff about Standard. I think the last Standard article I learned anything from is my own that I posted on Gathering Magic and that's because I cheat and have someone send me glorious data about how bad the average MBC player is on MODO.

He's not, really. He's a martyr figure, so the correlation is there, but his basic character is simply that he's smarter than everyone else; this works out badly for him, because he's on an island ruled by devoluted neckbeards manchildren and his intelligence separates him from that, but he spends most of his time talking to a decayed pig, I don't think that really screams Savior Syndrome.

Elfen Lied IS fucking terrible. Every character is one-note (exception of one and obviously they get fucked over by the end of the series because reasons) and the uber violence gets old after episode one.
