everyone is naturally ripped like jesus. you don't have abs because you have fat over them. the best way to have abs is to calories in < calories out, which requires a combination of diet and exercise.

personally, i do crunches, leg lifts, sit ups, bicycles, obliques, and when i know i have to be shirtless for photos i do planks.

my big suggestions are avoid sodas and sugary drinks. i notice the wackiest bullshit with my stomach when i "treat myself" and drink soda, and almost every person i know who is trying to/has lost weight started cutting soda and immediately started seeing results.

I already went the road to cut Soda. I went from 6-7 cans a day to one glass half ice a week. Now trying to curve the other issue. My snack habit. Bonus: cause I cut so much soda I feel so much better and been sick MUCH less.

as someone who doesn't even know what the names of most of the exercises i do are but for all intents and purposes has a pretty sweet but not chris hemmesworth body, i can tell you that keeping and holding to a routine and eating well are the primary secrets to looking good but if you want to do p90 because you need guidance i would absolutely say go for that.

really it's do what works best for you that you will also keep doing indefinitely more than any one person's regimen or "system"

check and curb your diet. a salad at lunch with lots of veggies, beans, and a little cheese like fresh mozz and no dressing or a vinaigrette with something not the worst for you but high in calories like a chipotle on odd days was more or less my diet while i was living in NJ and access to places with salad bars was real and not a $10 splurge

p90 will get you fast results but most people i know that did it, including my gf's roommate who is nuts about fitness and working out, stopped and doing a thing that gets results but that you're going to stop doing is less helpful than finding a routine that you scale on and will keep to.

Some people here need to read about epilepsy.
You need to pick a deer variant.
It was only funny when people couldn't tell who was saying what without actually using their eyes to read. :/
That explains why people keep coming over for chicken nuggets

Definitely can back the cutting soda thing.

I used to drink half a case per day before I started getting into tea/working in a tea shop. Since tea was cheaper in the long run I slowly cut out soda and lost roughly 10 pounds doing that and not anything else.
