Suga, if you actually murder TH I'm going to be upset.
redthirst is redthirst, fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. He was the leader of the Fires of Salvation, the only clan I'm aware of to get modded off the forums so hard they made their own forums.
Degenerate? Sure. Loudmouth? You bet. Law abiding? No ****ing way.
Great guy to have around? Hell yes.
I love the D...

Alex did an awesome job with that:I'd be happy if someone could suggest a budget modern deck. Else, standard is where I belong.

Storm pre banning was pretty damn near budget friendly. Goblins is also.

Play RG aggro. It's a good deck and easy to evolve into RG or Naya Zoo.
Also, I take back what I said about what I'd run in Modern. I'd play Naya Landfall because it's one of the coolest mechanics ever and Knight of the Reliquary is awesome.

Bakemonogatari is one of my fav animes. It's really fucking weird. But it has some really quirky writing and visuals.
Toradora/Sakurasou are the best romantic animes you can get. They are good enough to be fine for a person that doesn't like the genre on it's own. Just a good slice-of-life comedies.
Full Metal Alchemist and Btooom if you miss some action. FMA requires proper episode swapping between 1st and 2nd series to get the best effect though. Hit me up on PM if you want to know my purrfect combination. Btooom is classic novel idea (Lord of the Flies) with bombs. Good shit.
Sword Art Online?
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha if big-breasted Demon lady and good-hearted knight walking together and talking about how to fix the world's economy isn't too weird for ya.

You leave Stardust out of this. The man does good work.No need to kill him now. Stardust was finally able to see the tendrils of corruption embedded in his soul.
In a pinch, Khaos' beard can help turn this around.
I rarely skip a Khaospawn wall of text because I know there is always piss at the end of the rainbow.

You leave pork-meat out of this. Pork-meat is good eatin'.Not sure what is dat amazing about Elfen Lied.
It's meh. Kinda' too generic. And visuals are disgustingly bad.
Those pork-meat cut limbs.

Re: Elfen Lied - Not sure about the point of the story. I suppose they wanted us to sympathize those girls, but then they showed them murdering a whole family to loot the food in the fridge.

Seen FMA and Sword Art Online. Loved both iterations of the former, meh on the latter. Will check out the rest.
Seen it. Made me want to kill myself after the ending.Watch Elfen Lied Kaze. It changed my outlook.
Seen it. Hated the anime, loved the manga.Soul eater, not that it's particularly good (it isn't), but the characters are interesting.

Hi DS!
@ Kaze / Yarpus, RE: Elfen Lied. The pathos of the show appeals to me. I'm incredibly desensitised to the violence which is scary. I actually feel connected to Bandou....uggggh

Actually I spend most of my time feeling like Vincent from the Cowboy Bebop movie and the rest feeling like Vicious.

For an anti-hero, he's actually the character I like in that story. He actually bothered to give something that belongs to the race that ruined his whole life a proper burial.@ Kaze / Yarpus, RE: Elfen Lied. The pathos of the show appeals to me. Maybe that's the problem I have with that series. All the characters are either dumb or just unlikeable.

This 'violence' you are talking about was kinda too funny to me. I also liked Bandou as character. Still, I mean when they cut the legs - the bad visuals of this anime show up.
And storyline is like 'meh whatever son'. But maybe it's just me being used to stuff like that. We've been raised on completely different stuff.
Happy Ending is something really original and refreshing for me <laugh>.

Pretty much. It's the best card vs. aggro and combo; control is inherently good for a tempo deck unless you run into the rare psycho running verdict.

Since you are going for the "spending every bit of resources" spirit, how about some Deathrite Shaman? They are good tech against Tarmo as well.Hierarch could be Delver, that might just be better?

Is it good or bad that when I read the corruption report (especially the comments on the most recent one), the music from Gurren Lagann begins playing in my head?

I don't, really.What do you need?
My tastes as far as anime are pretty broad. I grew up watching G Gundam/Gundam Wing so I have a soft-spot for the big fucking robot genre, of course. Psychological thrillers are pretty up my alley, as is pretty much anything like that. I'm no stranger to Fighting Anime so long as it's not repetitive and/or poorly written(e.g. pretty much every episode of Bleach after the first dozen). And I'll even watch something@Kazekirimaru: What sort of stuff do you prefer to watch? It'll certainly help to add more stuffs to that list of mine.
comedy-centric on occasion.
