What list are you running now? Theres a quite large variety in sideboards these days, wouldn't mind taking a look at your take on it

Atarka overall is kind of depressing me lately. Feels solidly a tier behind the other good decks like GW and jeskai.

I really liked seeing den protector in some of the atarka lists at the PT. I've been running a couple and its been awesome with titans strength and become immense to just get in, and late game you can grab a command back or something to finish them off. Fun little tech.

I feel like boros burn rotating out killed the parts of the site I was always interested in. This site, and magic in general for me hasn't been the same since that deck went away

I'm not sure Im sold on magmatic insights being worth it, but I'd be willing to try it... if only I had a playset of mentors!

Doubt we'll see much from it, especially with a lot of the juicy bits like merchant and thoughtseize rotating in a month.

Abzan aggro is really bad atm.

Not sure thats true... but the great thing about it is that you can swap from agro to control to midrange by just swapping out a few cards in the overall shell. I wish I had bought into it ages ago.

I don't think the splash is worth it. What else in white are you playing? What does the mana look like? I would rather stick to a mono colored build and run something like new Chandra vs them.

Trying to finalize what list I wanna take to DC scg this weekend. If I wasn't so afraid of the pure monored build I'd snap off atarka, destructive revelry seems fantastic right now with so much UBx demonic pact, GW enchantment, and UR thopters floating around.

I felt like I couldnt lose to GW coco when I had firedancers in the board in my atarka list, but the pure monored doesn't really have space for dancers so the matchup is pretty rough there.

I like atarka, but I found that I've been skimming down on actual token makers more and more, so I switched over to pure mono red. Theres just not enough room to put everything I want in the list

Command version is slightly weaker to the monored mirror because we tend to damage ourselves more? Maybe they were just hedging vs other red decks?

I don't sideboard much for rally, just make sure to bring in your firedancers. They really shut down any deck running collected company, and are insane in combination with searing bloods.

How did the mana feel? Did you ever want to go up to a 4th confluence and drop a temple or anything?

I've never been a fan of dancers, even way back in the days of boros burn. They just die to literally everything, and theres nothing worse than dying to a creature after you threw burn at their dome and they removed the satyr in response. Nest is fun but is the mana good enough to cast it in the deck?

If you're adding 1 drops, wouldnt you want swiftspears over zurgo? I guess lightning berserkers are at least a way to recur phoenix if it gets to that point.

Been playing with hangerback walker a lot today, seems insanely strong and can slot into quite a few decks. Could easily turn on shrapnel blasts as well if we wanted to move in that direction. Have you guys tried it at all?

I don't think I would ever run Chandra over rabblemaster. They both are great if they live, but if rabblemaster sticks around hes a significantly faster clock than chandra.
