How do you feel about Jace, The Living Guildpact?

I've been testing him as a 2-of and I've actually been pretty impressed with him. Turns out that having something that fuels your delve spells every turn is pretty awesome :D .

Silence the Believers / counterspells are good.
Do you think Esper is viable or is the UB control deck in itself powerful enough to deal with the metagame? Ivan Floch really seemed to struggle against 'aggro' (well) strategies...

I'm also sad to see no copies of Empty The Pits this weekend :(

For instance, the guy that won had to build a manabase to support Dig and Steam Augury. The latter clearly should not have been in there and I'm not convinced that Dig should have been either.
Dig is insanely strong but it being a sorcery hampers it quite a bit in a strategy like this

I think 2-3 Hushwing Gryff in the sb will be mandatory for burn if it turns out to be a viable strategy in this metagame
